This one week training schedule is to help the figure skater to reach their potential. The off ice class will cover pilates, endurance training, dance, drama, jumps and spin positions. The on ice class will cover good posture, stroking technique, endurance stroking, creative spins, footwork and style.

12 - 12:45pm off ice class
1 - 1:45pm freestyle session
1:45 - 2:15pm on ice class
2:15 resurface
2:30 - 3:15pm freestyle session
Summer program levels:
High - are Pre Preliminary and above
Low - Basic 5 through Pre Pre**
